Title II – Class Size Reduction

Parents/Guardians,

Due to funding available through the No Child Left Behind, Title II grant; our school district was able to reduce class size by applying this revenue toward employing an additional teacher for the 05-06 school year. As a result, the 36 students in fifth grade have been divided into two sections.

This is one example as it relates to our progress in reducing class - size. We will continue to search for options to reduce class – size throughout our school district.
